Launched in 2017 by Maison Daucourt, Moulin XO is the luxurious big sister of Vodka Moulin by Jean Paul and is characterised by complex, long flavours. A rare find, the distillery wanted to emphasise the exclusivity of the product by accentuating the bottle with a faux wax seal. Signet created a slightly oversized seal using a custom die that features the brand marque, injection moulded onto a twisted rayon cord in black with nickel aglets and positioned on the bottle neck as part of the security seal. The cord itself has no practical function, and simply brings a tactile and delicate auditory dimension to the user experience.
